Condition guide
Condition labels are not interchangeable grades
Open-box, returned, outlet, and refurbished describe different product histories. The seller's written definition and return terms matter more than the label alone.
Ask what happened before resale
Request the seller's exact definition, the inspection performed, whether all components are present, and who handles a problem after delivery.
Protect the return window
Inspect and test early. Keep packaging and labels until the product has passed inspection, and record the delivery date, return deadline, restocking terms, and return-shipping responsibility.
